Holding company formation

With the excellent results obtained to date, all participants decided to form a "business front", that is, each participating company and professional offer "the best they have" to benefit the same client. This means that, regardless of the size of the project, problem or situation, the client WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE PARTICIPATION OF THE BEST PROFESSIONALS, charging a lower amount than the commercial one.

Therefore, in 2015 we merged the three founding companies with the companies of our associates, covering the technical, legal, financial, economic and administrative areas; forming a single corporate image concentrated "holding" in GENERA D, S.A.D E C.V.
